Your set top box Mac serial number consists of 12 digits For example: 0A1B3C4D5E6F. This is located on a label on your existing Set Top Box.

Reactivation is normally processed within 2 hours when placed Monday-Friday 0800-1500 hrs. Please however allow 24 hours and note that weekend orders will be proceed whenever possible but may not go live until the next working day.

Purchasing this Free X TV renewal provides 12 months prepaid subscription to the FreeX TV service and is for existing set top box users only. Once your order has completed you will receive viewing for a further one year.
