This is the secure payment page for customers of Viewtech Digital Ltd* wishing to exchange their old Viaccess V3.0 Inxworld 5 Channel 12 Month cards for new secure V4.0 Elite Fusion 12 Month 7 Channel replacements following piracy of the channels. Please note that new cards will also include XXX Xtreme & Redlight Premium.

Since December 2009 the Viaccess codes for Free-X, XDream TV, French Lover, Dorcel TV & Redlight Premium have been available in the public domain on forums etc and the broadcaster is now acting to eradicate this threat to its business. This action by the broadcaster is however at the risk of good relations with its loyal customers and dealers.

Over the course of the next month viewers will experience a loss of channels (starting with Free-X) until at the end of May all channels will most likely have disappeared from the cards. Information relating to this is also being broadcasted on the “Sex On TV Diamond” promo channel on 11.411H. We must receive cards back for exchange by Friday 18th June as there is a strict deadline being set by the broadcaster which we have to comply with after which the exchange will be over and all card prices will return to normal again. Please be aware that this deadline has been extended by the broadcaster as the previous date of 21st may was unreasonable.

Please note that this card exchange option is only available for Inxworld 12 Month Card Users and discounts will be applied relating to the actual cost of the original purchase (which was less than £50 in many cases) and the amount of viewing time remaining. Unfortunately 6 Month cards are not being exchanged by the broadcaster so customers with these cards will need to call or e-mail us in relation to these.

We must also stress that the only cards available for this service will be 7 Channel and priced at £89.00.

Please be aware that we are funding this exchange procedure ourselves. We regret therefore that we cannot accept any exchanges (or give support) for cards bought from other dealers.

The procedure for the exchange of Viaccess Inxworld Viewing cards from Viewtech Digital is as follows;

The broadcaster can only supply brand new 12 Month Viaccess Version 4.0 cards and we are calculating all exchanges on a new card price of £89.00. Customers will then get a pro rata discount off the price of this card dependant upon the amount of outstanding viewing time remaining as of 4th May 2010 at the rate of £4.00 per complete calendar month. Please note that the majority of cards were sold for less than £50!! In addition we are making a £10.00 admin charge on all Inxworld card exchanges to go towards the cost of actually replacing the cards.
All prices quoted include Vat & what you see is what you pay, there are no additional postal charges.

Exchange of cards over 6 months old will be charged at a flat rate of £79.00 inclusive, which works out cheaper than a new card at £94.86 including delivery.

We need all cards back in order to complete our exchange process with the broadcaster and customers who do not return their cards in time for our deadline of 21st May will be charged for a new card at the full price!

Refering to the letter you have received, please make payment of the correct amount required from the list above and print a copy of your payment. If you have not received a letter then please refer to your purchase invoice for the exact date purchased from us, or e-mail us at sales@viewtech.tv and we will advise you accordingly.

All pre-paid upgrade orders will be checked prior to processing to ensure correct purchase dates.

Please post the following to us; 

1)  Payment in the form of a cheque, postal order etc or a printed copy of your online payment (or its reference details)
2)  Your old Inxworld viewing card (required for all exchanges!)
3)  The order form from the letter you have received (if available).

Please allow up to 14 days for the card to be exchanged.

We apologise for this situation which unfortunately is beyond our control and must stress that we are not in control of satellite transmissions, neither can we guarantee the status of the broadcaster or their ability to provide service as stated on our web site, pricelists and disclaimers where use of the product implied acceptance of these terms.

We are a different business to that which has provided the services. We are not associated in any way with the broadcaster and have merely acted as agents for them. All satellite products were supplied in good faith. Our "Contract" was to supply satellite equipment NOT to provide programmes, which we have got no control over.
